Terms and Conditions
Here at EC Trends, we want you to love the products that you are purchasing. The team at EC Trends goes through every single piece of jewellery and its process, production, packaging, and shipping to make sure you are receiving the best quality.
We do not offer returns on our products, however, we do offer exchanges.
Exchanges are only accepted due to sizing issues. They can be exchanged within 10 days of the original purchase date. Exchanges are subject to additional shipping fees that are paid by the customer.
These items must be unworn and in the original condition in which they were purchased. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipment.
Please email ectrendsco@gmail.com for exchange requests. Remember to provide your name, address, names of the pieces you are exchanging, and the reason for the exchange. Items must be returned within 7-10 days of your exchange instructions email. If the jewellery pieces are no longer available, we will do our best to suggest a comparable alternative.
EC Trends reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been used, worn or altered in any way.
Repair Policy
We make sure that we use the finest quality in all of our pieces, however, in the event that your jewellery needs to be repaired, please email us at ectrendsco@gmail.com. Please include the receipt, or proof of the purchase with a picture of the damages and we will inform you of shipping instructions.
Jewellery that has broken or been damaged due to normal wear and tear will be repaired free of charge within 90 days of purchase. After 90 days, there will be a small fee and it will be handled on an individual basis. The shipping charges for repaired items will be the customers responsibility.
We are not responsible for items that are stolen, lost or damaged during return shipment. In the event that the materials that are needed to repair your item(s) are no longer available, we will do our best to suggest a comparable alternative.
